2009 Chevrolet Traverse

 

Question: the dash vents will not blow either hot or cold air, the vents are open!

I'm thinking its a computer memory problem or fuse is blown out, heat and air conditioning work just find, but will not blow from the dash oh i guess I should also tell you all other vents work fine including the defrost. This is crazy it used to be you could check your own fuses not the case with the traverse can't get to them under the passenger dash. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Sounds like the air flow control panel is stuck in defrost mode. Try cycling the selector knob a few times and see if it resets and will blow air to the correct places.It shouldn't be too hard to check the fuses under the dash, should just be a panel to take off and kneel down on the floor to look at them. But I'm guessing that the fuses are probably fine since air is blowing elsewhere. You might also have a bad control panel too. Hope this helps.
