Hello, my first question for you is to ask if the vehicle is still able to be driven? And when I ask that I mean safely driven? If so, is there anyway that you can drive it to our Collision Repair facility at 1850 N Shadeland Ave., in Indianapolis, IN so that we may do an inspection and give you a free estimate? If not, we can arrange with you to have it towed-in to our facility. Secondly, are you covered by insurance? If so, they may prefer to send an adjuster to visit you and inspect the vehicle or have you take it to a collision repair facility for an estimate. Blossom Collision Center is a "Direct Repair Facility" for many insurance companies meaning that whatever we write-up as an estimate they accept because of our long reputation of fair and honest dealings with them. Some insurance companies however insist that they see the vehicle regardless and then we prove or substantiate the damage because a lot of damage can be hidden until parts covering the damage are first removed.
I would like to invite you to contact the Blossom Collision Center by calling Toll-Free 1.866.500.7137 or 1.866.500.7138 and asking for Toni McClellan so that she can assist you further. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 7:00am till 6:00pm and closed on Saturday & Sunday. We really do need to ask you more detailed questions about your vehicle and actually see it to give you an estimate otherwise it would just be a guestimate.
