Question: The controls to direct the air flow from floor-to-defrost does not work.

I pulled the dash front and removed the control device, took it apart, cleaned the brass contacts but no luck. Any advice before I buy a new control? Anyone else have this problem?

    this could be a blend door issue not the controller. you might seek diag b4 you waste time and money on it

    did you ever figure it out? ive got the same problem and cannot pass state inspection until it is fixed. repair shop is saying about $800 for parts & labor.
