Question: The check oil or fluid?

Visitor, 3.7L V6, Antioch, IL, December 29, 2010, 17:12

When it is cold outside, the red light (looks like an old oil lamp or gravy boat) comes on and beeps when stopped at a stop light then turns off. Is this the check oil or check fluids light (the manual isn't very clear)? Otherwise it runs just fine.

    you have an oil pressure issue. do not drive until you find out what is going on or you will ruin the motor. it may be a bad sender or it may be a true reading.

    replace the oil switch it worked on my 02
