Problem Description and Possible Solution
Vehicles with certain V6 engines may illuminate the Check Engine Light one or more of the following codes: P0011, P0014, P0021, P0024, P0341, P0346, P0336, or P0391. Our technicians tell us that some vehicles may require a powertrain control module (PCM) software update to correct this issue. Other vehicles may have excess camshaft end play on one or both cylinder heads which will need to be corrected using special procedures outlined by GM.

Check engine light on,,, P0014 code
Engine light came on and I had it checked and this is the code that came up. The dealership told me it was an exhaust camshift sensor, currently this was not covered under my warranty, however the dealership I bought it from is paying for the repair cost since I bought the vehicle this way...
Actually the problem happened when I first bought the car used and I traveled 3hrs. away from my home in the winter and it was snowing ungodly when the car started shutting down and stating engine power low. The dealership I bought it from replaced the gas pedal they said. Well, its happening again and I am very concerned with my children in the vehicle when this happens I have no control. The steering wheel locks up and the car just shuts down. It is doing this again, but it has been riding rough for awhile. The code states its the throttle sensor. But who knows, there a several engine recalls. I don't know, but I think GM needs to replace these vehicles at no cost! Our lives are more important then their bank accounts being debited!!!!!
