The car has done 96000km do I need to change the timing belt? on 2004 Toyota Corolla

I have done only oil and filter change on the vehicle since I bought it.

No, you don't actually have a belt, your engine uses a timing chain. There is no periodic timeframe for service on the chain and its guides and tensioners. They only get addressed if other major work is being performed or if they develop a problem on their own.
