The blower fan connections are easy to check for power and ground, located under the dash on the passenger side at the blower motor. If you have power and ground there when it's switched on, and the fan is not running, the fan motor's bad. If there's no power or no ground when switched on, then you have a wiring or control problem and you must check out the controls next. Check the blower fan switch itself before going too far...

There is also the blower resistor between the switch and the blower itself...
