  Was told that this shop specalizes in Saturn. I called for an estimate before taking my car in about 3 days later. Was shocked by cheerful person that greeted me at the door and when I give him my name, he remembered our radiator conversation and said that was a phone estimate, If anything changes while doing the repair, he'd call me first. Well, 2 hours later he did call (here we go right?) BUT ...... He said no other repairs are necessary, it would be done by 4pm and the final cost was less than the original estimate. I was blown away, didn't think that ever happened? They were right in the middle of what Pay Pal online estimated the repair to cost. THANK YOU Pay Pal and The Phoenix Auto Shop for honest work well done!

  I took my car to this shop because I thuoght I had a problem. The service light blinked on and off. The owner explained that this was a self-diagnostic and the plugged it in to the computer and then said, "go home, there is nothing wrong." They did not laugh at me and they charged me nothing. I WILL be taking my car there when I need work.

  I've been a customer of The Auto Shop for years, and I've taken a variety of vehicles to them for repair.

  They have always been helpful even when I didn't bring a vehicle in. I had a vehicle into a dealership for a Recall repair. The dealer wanted to do more work, "as long as they were in there". I called the Auto Shop, and they listened and recommended that I let the dealer do that additional work, because it made sense, it would be cheaper for me because the dealer already had the engine torn apart. That's service!

  I highly recommend The Auto Shop for your auto care needs.
