Called before coming in to get an estimate for replacing brake pads. I was told $300 over the phone and was charged $350. Felt like they were just telling me what I wanted to hear to get me into the shop. They did a complementary multipoint inspection and told me I needed to replace my transmission fluid because it was looking "very" dark. That couldn't be right because I literally had it replaced the day before they looked at it. I checked it myself at home and it looked fine. Seems like a typical auto shop trying to milk its customers for all the money they can get, even if it isn't honest.
THE auto shop has bar none some of the best customer service I have seen out of any auto repair shop. They offer shuttle rides to the mall to watch a movie which they provide a ticket to. They also have a great warranty with 2 year/24,000 miles which makes me feel well about the investment I put into my car.
They are close by and convenient. For routine service, it took a little longer than I would've liked, but the waiting room was great (clean and quiet), and I was still able to take care of everything on my lunch break.
They were fast! Helpful. My car is running beautifully they showed me the parts that needed to be replaced so I could see just how bad it was! Nice sitting area most places dont even have one, I am even going to come back this week to get my breaks done.
