Get it diagnosed by a professional. What do you consider 'all parts'? Compressor,condensor,accumulator/receiver/dryer, all hoses ,pressure switches , evaporator ,orifice tube ,thermistor, blower motor/climate control unit? And don't forget the fuse(s). Not trying to be a wise guy , but I truly hate seeing someone spend a lot of money on something that quite possibly could have been diagnosed for a whole lot less , even if they would do the actual repairs themselves.

Hold the off and warmer buttons until all the dash elements light up then release them and watch the codes displayed (write them down) from each module. After the code displays the system will prompt you with each module followed by "?" (question mark). Use the fan up/down buttions to the right of the off button to answer the prompts - up is yes and down is no. Work through the codes with the down button until you see the ACM? displayed and press the up (yes) button. The codes will then be displayed for a moment then you will be asked if you'd like to clear codes. Press the up (yes) button and the "codes cleared" message will be displayed. Back out of the menus with mutiple presses of the off button and if your AC is on at that point, you'll hear the compressor kick in and the AC start and keep running.
