1991 Jeep Wrangler

Question: The 4 wheel drive will engage, but the front two wheels will not engage.

When 4wheel drive is engaged, but the front two wheels will not engage. It like it's not engaged in the transmisson.

    look on p side of front axle on back side there might be a vacuum line off or leaking.this is a vacuum disconnect that locks into four wheel.the wires on it are for the 4 wheel light.

    should both sides of it be sucking if mine only sucks one side ??
