Exceptional service, turnaround time & explanations of the repair needed. Terry LOVES Bimmers and genuinely cares about his customer and their love for their Bimmer as well. I really respect the fact they do a full diagnostic and they tell you what is necessary to fix, what may need to be fixed later and they don't try to sell you on things you do not need. They just prepare you for services you may need in the future.
