terminal at blower motor melted? on 2001 Chrysler Town & Country

blower works but the female connector has melted through the plastic and melted rubber around wires

Purchase a repair pigtail for your blower motor and install it. Squeeze dielectric grease into the terminal before you plug it back in. This will act as a heat sink to help dissipate the heat generated buy the electrical terminals.

AGREE WITH HERB, ALSO POOR CONNECTION = HIGH RESISTANCE, WHICH = HEAT. CLEAN TERM. THAT CONNECTOR HOOKS TO,OR REPLACE THAT COMPONET AS WELL!

thanks i noticed they are all pretty loose

Ac works, heater works, rear ac works but the blower only work on high.The voltage at the blower does not change. It stays on 12.7 when on the high position. help?
