2001 Chrysler Town & Country Question: terminal at blower motor melted?

blower works but the female connector has melted through the plastic and melted rubber around wires

    Purchase a repair pigtail for your blower motor and install it. Squeeze dielectric grease into the terminal before you plug it back in. This will act as a heat sink to help dissipate the heat generated buy the electrical terminals.

    AGREE WITH HERB, ALSO POOR CONNECTION = HIGH RESISTANCE, WHICH = HEAT.
    CLEAN TERM. THAT CONNECTOR HOOKS TO,OR REPLACE THAT COMPONET AS WELL!
