i have a 2006 mercury milan. and the heat treated nut and bolt keeps breaking on the tension pulley. i even replaced the pulley with a new one. but the bolt and nut keeps breaking. had to replace this nut and bolt every mnth for 5 mnths straight now. please someone tell me what the problem is?
