tension pulley noise on 1999 Dodge Ram 1500

the pulley started making noise and tore up the belt. have replaced water pump and tension pulley assy and belt. ran good for 2 minutes then clicking noise started again. with every click, the pulley pulls towards the engine about an inch. seeing small metal shavings coming out of pulley spring with every click

Possibly the idler pulley is bad as you already changed the water pump and tensioner pulley unless you have a defective tensioner pulley

pretty sure its not the blower motor. noise sounds like its coming from pulleys in the engine bay
I replaced the belt but that didnt help. it sounds like a turbo charger.
