Question: Temperature knob doesn't move

 Rookie

I took my truck in to have the A/C recharged and it work for a few days, but no the temperature knob barely moves. It is stuck in the heater position, but now the heater doesn't work. Any ideas how I can fix this?

  make sure the mechanical valve attached to the heater hoses works freely
