2010 Hyundai Elantra Question: temp gage

You would have to install a new Sensor as well, which may require drilling and tapping some pipe threads in to a water jacket, in case the new Sensor does not fit in to where the sending unit goes for the light, unless, the computer shares the data from the Coolant Temperature Sensor and then just turns on the light when the Coolant Temp Sensor is too Hot, which would then mean you would have to install a new Sender. If you are prepared to do that, then sure, go ahead, but look up some good quality gauge kits like Smith etc. There are some things to consider, as you can see. A 2010 car is very complicated.
