Code P0719 is for a brake switch fault. The brake switch is an input to the PCM - the TCC will normally turn off when you step on the brake. The purple wire out of the brake switch should have power when the brake pedal is up and no power when pushing on the brake pedal. The best test would be to monitor the brake switch input to the pcm with a scan tool but if you don't have one begin with testing the brake switch. You could also have a problem with the TTC system itself but correcting the P0741 code my take care of both problems.
