I took my car in because of a check engine light which indicated I had a leak in my EVAP system. I asked them to hook the fog machine up to it to find the leak. I was told it would be $90 to find the leak. The next day they call me and tell me it would be about $130 for parts and labor to fix it...on top of the $90 diagnostic fee...HOWEVER they decided to check other things on my car which I did NOT ask them to do and told me I would need to pay another $90 dollars for that. Once I confronted them with this I was they told me I DID indeed ask them for these extra test. After a few minutes of arguing with the owner over this he finally told me "I tell you what, just bring me $90 and come get your car before I tow it and never come back here again. This was a huge misunderstanding and I feel they failed to listen to me when I origainlly took my car in, I refused to pay the price for their incompetence. It was insulting to be told never to come back instead of having them try to resolve the issue. Very unproffesional.
