Question: taillights short out when you put fuze in, also horn blows fuze

The horn is protected by fuses #36 and #41 both 10 Amp, the taillight relay sends power from a connector at the fuse box junction and sends power out to the tail lights and license plate lights on a red/blue wire. Remove the tail/brake light bulb, make sure they are the correct bulbs (#1157 I think)and remove the number plate bulbs see if they are causing a short/blowing the fuse, look at the wiring harness at the trunk hing see if any of those wires are damaged or shorted.
