Do not take your vehicle to this business! I dropped off my vehicle on Sat at 9:00 AM. The service manager told me there would be a $79.99 diagnostic fee, high but I was willing to pay it. I did not hear back from the service department as 3:30 rolled around. I called the listed number and received their voicemail. I called again at 4:30 with same result (the Swope Nissan website lists Sat hours as 08:00 AM-6:00 PM).
At 5:00 I was finally able to reach the sales manager, but was told the service department had closed at 2:30 and he couldn't help me. After some discussion he reluctantly agreed to call the service manager at home to find out some information on my vehicle. He took my number and stated he would call me back. At 5:45 with no word from the dealership I went back to the shop and picked up my vehicle. No apology or explanation was given by the sales manager. My vehicle was sitting exactly where I had parked it 9 hours earlier. Worst customer service ever.
