Suwanee Auto Repair is a new repair shop in Suwanee, GA. John Kim (owner) started the repair business in 1982 in Philadelphia and had a repair shop in Cumming, GA for 3 years.
We based our business upon a family model.
For all of these years, we have worked hard six days a week to serve and help every customer to the best of our abilities.

THEY TOTALED MY CAR!
I took my car to get the brakes looked at, and also asked for a quote for a new radiator and timing belt (which I was planning on getting done in the next 6 months). They replaced the brake pads and rotors, and called to inform me they recommended I replace my radiator and timing belt IMMEDIATELY. I had the radiator done that day and one week later when I had scraped the money together I had the timing belt changed. Overall $1680 in the space of a week.
After the timing belt change I noticed there were vibrations under the gas pedal so I took it back, they guessed it was probably the balance and a quick easy fix. The next day I get a call from them informing me that their employee took it for a test drive to make sure the vibrations were gone and TOTALED my car which I had just paid them $1680 for improvements they INSISTED I needed IMMEDIATELY. Although their insurance is paying out the value of the car, they refused to refund the $1680 of non-urgent work they insisted on doing just days before. There reason being "we already had to pay $1000 for our insurance deductible".
This is a disgraceful way to operate a business. I can guarantee the $1680 that I paid from my grandmother's inheritance is a bigger deal to me, a server who earns $2.13 an hour, than it will mean to them.
