my car be sliding & be wearing the back tire what can cause that when i hit a bump it does make a hard noise but the shock are brand new ?

MasterSee post above, wheel aliment must meet specification or you will have ire wear. Worn suspension bushings or a bent suspension component will effect tire life and tire wear.
