The service department people are very friendly and spend time talking to you and keeping you informed as to what is going on. The staff really made me feel like they were glad that I chose their service department to take care of my car.

It was hard to get information from them. There were items taken out of my car that were there. They did not put the panel back in the car. They do not lock the cars. It took way too long to get the car fixed. I just kept getting strung along. It was not a good experience.

I took my car in and they repaired it. My son was in a major accident because of what they did not do. When the car was taken in there was picture proof that some of the damage was not done by the accident. They fixed the car quickly so that this was covered up. I will never take my car there again.

They always meet me with a welcome. They ask what they can do for me today. They are always kind and courteous. I have always been satisfied. They always go the extra mile. From the beginning to the end the wait is not long. I always know that my car is being taken care of and they always clean my car. The service person is always kind. Whether I take the car in or my husband does, he is always courteous. I know they will check everything to see everything is good. I feel confident when I am on the road the car will be okay.

I took my car in and the mechanics disappeared for about thirty minutes, and after the repair my car was making some weird noises. I was quoted one hour of waiting but actually waited for almost four hours.

They have always given me excellent service, changed my timing belt 4/2012. Replaced it and rebuilt my engine in 8/2012 after it broke. They saved all my parts that I ask for, allowing me to inspect their work whenever I ask. They give incredibly low prices and they've referred me to other good shops for my Honda.

Mr. Eddie Gamez took me in right away and as usual always explains what they are going to do to solve my problem. Mr. Gamez also helped my sister when she took her Elantra in for repairs. My sister said that Mr. Gamez was very helpful.
