I took my car in and they repaired it. My son was in a major accident because of what they did not do. When the car was taken in there was picture proof that some of the damage was not done by the accident. They fixed the car quickly so that this was covered up. I will never take my car there again.
They always meet me with a welcome. They ask what they can do for me today. They are always kind and courteous. I have always been satisfied. They always go the extra mile. From the beginning to the end the wait is not long. I always know that my car is being taken care of and they always clean my car. The service person is always kind. Whether I take the car in or my husband does, he is always courteous. I know they will check everything to see everything is good. I feel confident when I am on the road the car will be okay.
They have always given me excellent service, changed my timing belt 4/2012. Replaced it and rebuilt my engine in 8/2012 after it broke. They saved all my parts that I ask for, allowing me to inspect their work whenever I ask. They give incredibly low prices and they've referred me to other good shops for my Honda.
