I was Impressed
I called in and spoke to robby regarding "service B" on my mercedes, I was able to get an appointment the next morning to take my car in. Although i was told ahead of time it would take a couple of hours i waited in the office while they worked on my car. Robby provided me a list of what service b is supposed to include, as I watched the technician wen through each step one by one, nothing was missed. After there service my car was washed and ready to go. The price was fair,service was excellent, staff was friendly. I would definetly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for quality work at a fair price!
We were very pleased with the service we received at this shop. The workers were polite and professional.
We had a cracked windshield replaced, some work on front end, fixed a problem with the electric seat, wheel alignment, and oil change. We were pleasantly surprised that the total was under $1000 and they finished in just one day. We will be using them again.
Found Super Automotive online w/ web search across the country. My daughter just moved to area and had car shipped from Connecticut out to N. Hollywood. Shortly after the car arrived,the Engine light came on. I called ahead on my daughter's behalf and they took her in same day, did a smoke test, found and repaired the problem (was a faulty gas cap).
Their price was excellent.
I run an auto repair In Connecticut and they treated me as I treat all my customers. Fast service, good price very friendly, trustworthy and accommodating. I feel good knowing my daughter has an honest and reliable auto repair center to take her car to 2500 miles away from my auto center @ home!
This shop did a great job on my brakes. I was in and out in no time and they were very friendly and answered all my questions. I will be back!
I have been taking all my cars to Super Automotive for a while now. They have great turnaround, prices, and their work is very dependable. I would recommend them to anyone.
Ive been taking my car to super automotive for years, shaun has always been fair with me and is alot cheaper then other places. He always shows me my old parts and takes time to explain what the problem was. He is not only a great mechanic but also a great person! If your looking for a new mechanic this is the place to take your car.
The last honest mechanic in North Hollywood....maybe all of Los Angeles! Not only were they willing to work with me on the cost, but they went above and beyond what I expected of them in quality of work. The cost was less than estimated and they even went the extra mile and fixed a few small things they noticed free
