  The only certified Hummer service center in Memphis,TN. I've only been there 2 times thus far but my vehicle was kept for a week each time. I do believe under the warranty I'm suppose to be offered a loaner car. It's no biggie since we have 3 vehicles, but the service people where I take my pickup would have asked if I needed the vehicle. Thus far it appears they do great work but not exactly customer friendly. The GM dealer down the street meets customers before they get out the car, here you stand around waiting on until someone gets off the phone or computer. That isn't at peak time either.
