    Customer since April 2007 ... what's more important: a) getting it done right the first time, or b) jumping on ever possible discount opportunity you can find out there? Personally, (a) has kept my mind at peace all these years. And with SFCS, I know they've got the right expertise to do it right the first time.

    I was looking for a shop that would really take the time to explain what the car needed and not give me the brush off. I have found that here. Tom and Matt are always pleasant and take as much time as needed to answer my questions. I really appreciate and enjoy the ride to my office that Natalie provides. I trust my car to SFCS.

    There are many reasons as to why I have been a loyal customer for over 18 years, bringing my entire family's cars, of all foreign and other makes/models for service. First and foremost, is trust. This has been developed and cultivated by easy, open and honest communication from ANY of the team, regarding vehicular status/repair/service needs, which is diagnosed through state of the art/leading edge diagnostic equipment and tools; where the digital/documented output is shared as opposed to just being told what is required with no evidence. Secondly, safety-where you know you are not the consumer of the "hard sell", but instead, that there is genuine concern for the safety of your vehicle and person-to that end, repair/service needs are categorized accordingly, with an emphasis on what is best for YOU AS A PERSON as opposed to merely meeting daily revenue. The team takes time and care to ensure you understand your vehicular needs, and goes above and beyond in explanation. Given all of the vehicles I have needed work on over the years-from regular maintenance, to significant engine/transmission overhaul, and the typical things that need replacement over time, not once have I had to return any vehicle for poor workmanship, parts or any other form of defect. The long term relationship I have established with this family owned business is invaluable-and I consider these people an extension of my own family. It is rare that I ever give a recommendation for anyone-as my standards are exceedingly high and non-negotiable, but in this instance, it is with great pleasure that I recommend Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service, Inc.-as they so richly deserve every possible accolade.
