    I was unaware of it at the time but, the store manager and the District Manager was at this location when I visited it. I spoke to the District Manager and he was VERY rude and the manager was cussing a shop worker out. I was stunned! I understand people have bad days but, what happened was not necessary. Drove home and the car drove worse than it did when I brought it there. I bought 2 new tires and an alignment. I drove off and the steering was worse. And now my struts are shot! I ended up taking it back and the DM told me “I doubt we’ll get to it today”…grrrrr! I took it over to the Park Avenue store and the manger “T” was very helpful and gave me a great deal on the new struts.
