There are many things that impressed us about Sun City Sinclair. Established in 1973, the shop employs six technicians, five of whom are ASE certified (two are Master Techs), who have a combined 100 years of experience between them. They handle everything from a simple oil change to complete engine overhauls, for any vehicle, domestic or foreign, old or new, small or large. With Saturday hours, full service gasoline, a 15-bay facility, and a car wash on site, we can see that this shop has taken the extra steps we require from all of our Certified shops.

They had put down two and half hours to put the new male and female connectors in and we thought that was a lot of time. My son who was with me when I went in with the car repairs cars. He's not an expert but he has done work, and we got a bill at 111 dollars per hour at the shop. They said that it took two and half hours, and then they had an additional time in there, so literally it took three hours. And we thought how could it take that long just to attach those connectors. Otherwise, I thought they were very good, very congenial. They explained what happened and I thought they were very fair, because they did put the car on the computer and they could have charged us for an hour on the computer, but they didn't. They charged us for a half hour which was 55 dollars.
What happened was when they ran the final tests, something wasn't right. A hose was leaking, so rather than just giving me the car and let me deal with the problem, they asked to hold it over night to fix it the next day, and as a result I haven't experienced any incidents like that since. So I guess not having a car on time was a good thing. They checked it out, and wouldn't release the car until they had it right. They've always been extremely accommodating. Even though they are always busy, they managed to give me a good schedule to work on the problem. They have a towing service, and since I'm a triple A member it's been very convenient to have it towed to their facility. It makes things easier to deal with.
This place had my truck over 4 days; they told me that the repair would take 6 or 7 hours. But they still took them over 4 days to repair it. They told me they were going to have the part I needed overnighted to them. Then they said they didn't get it until the day after. Then they said they were working on it when I called on the 4th day. Then I called after 7 hours later and they said it still won’t be ready until in the morning. I also talked to a mechanic and he said that the part that went wrong was their fault since it was the part they replaced that caused the problem in the first place.
