Best place in town. I never feel like I am getting screwed over. Occasionally I ask if I should replace this or that, and they look at it and say "Nah, you can wait on that". If anything does need to be repaired or replaced, they see it even if they don't offer a "25 point inspection program" with every oil change. They don't stop at 25 points, they visually inspect the entire car every time. If anything needs to be replaced, they point out the part and show the new one so that you can compare and see what the problem is. Prices are cheaper than a dealership. Not as cheap as the EZ/Jiffy/etc. Lubes but quality has its price. Today I needed something replaced and he drove 35 miles round-trip to pick up the part and install it same day so that I didn't have to come back. They also give you a ride home if you live nearby and you need to leave your car for longer. Super-honest, super customer service. Can't go wrong. Gives recommendations for other businesses (tires, key replacement, etc.). He's worked on Subarus since the 70s and knows what he is doing. Dealer recommended I have a repair done ($800) and I checked around - Raffi said that my car doesn't even HAVE that part. Won't set foot into a dealership again, Raffi all the way.
