Dealer states that oil pan drain plug is stripped and that the oil pan & plug has to be replaced.

Go to local hardware or auto parts/tools Retailer and purchase a stripped bolt socket For the specific ratchet that you have and the new drain plug and so it yourself and save the money of labor
