    Driver's door electric window would not go up. Charged $180 to diagnose, and I thought that would be included in the labor cost if I had them fix it. It's extra on top of labor. After fix, window lock function would not work and there was an air leak in the window seal. They said the air leak must have been there before because they did everything right, and they wanted to charge me the $180 diagnostic fee to look at the window lock that they messed up!!! I got them to drop the charge, but they wouldn't fix my window unless I paid for the whole fix! I bought 2 cars there over 6 years, and have never been satisfied! I will never go back!
