    Steve does it right. BUT he charges more than everyone else and he always finds extra things that need doing. This wouldn't be bad if he wouldn't surprise you at the end with "oh yea we changed this other $200 worth of parts for you ". " plus labor". They do this even if you insist they get advance approval. I always felt like I was making his boat payment. They actually asked my how much money I had to spend on the car. I shouldn't feel like his hand is constantly feeling my wallett.
