This is also a Goodyear Tire center with some of the best equipment that make them a good choice for your tires and wheel alignments as well. Most work is backed with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty. For your convenience they have a local shuttle, pick up and drop off service by prearrangement, early bird drop off, and a clean comfortable waiting area with fresh coffee and wireless Internet.

Ever since a certain individual was hired, the price for repairs has gone up. That same individual told me that he was hired to increase the Company's bottom line. He certainly has done that by charging the customers for inspections and diagnostics that were once free. Sometimes I feel like I'm being nickeled and dimed. I recently came in for some warranty work for a repair they did 4 months ago. I thought it would be a free repair, but, was told that I had to pay for an inspection of the problem, diagnosing the problem to verify thatI had a bad part, and then the cost for the labor to install the bad part. I think the inspection and diagnosis should be free because if a repair is necessary, they will probably get the job to fix it. The free inspection and diagnosis would make for better customer relations. I would then be inclined to bring my vehicle back for future service knowing that my car was being serviced by people who care about me and my vehicle and not just looking at me and my vehicle as an opportunity to see how many things they can charge me for before I get out the door. I don't know if it's a sign of the times, but to me, when I'm asking for warranty work to be done, I don't expect to be charged for the repair.

While overall service and time were good, I was disappointed that facility did not really look into tire leak concern with dashboard indication of low pressure. They brought tire up to pressure but two weeks after, low pressure indicator came on again.

The service at Sterling is always top notch! They are always considerate, thoughtful and you're provided full explanations of what is needed to your vehicle, currently and towards any future repairs and/or maintenance. Everyone is always helpful and very pleasant, especially Shaun and Ernie. The mechanics are nice guys too. You always leave away after repairs and/or maintenance with your vehicle fixed properly and you never have to return it for any problems. Once is always a completed experience. They always seem to care about your vehicle.

I have been going to them for I would say for twenty years and I have been very happy with them. The first owner I dealt with, Gary Dewitt, I guess retired and has sold the business. Gary Dewitt and his wife were very good to work with. The new owners seem easy to work with also. I would recommend them. They are very friendly and highly recommended.

Took my Ford in for service for start issue after it was warmed up. The vehicle sat in the same parking spot for 4 days. I was never called once to be told anything that was being done to the vehicle. I had to call them multiple times to see if they had found the problem. They said they drove it but it was not showing the problem. Remember I never saw it moved from the spot it was parked in.. Finally on day 4, after calling and talking to the guys at the front desk they said for $1500.00 they could maybe resolve the problem. I said no and when I came in to pickup the vehicle they wanted $90.00 for troubleshooting it. I had a coupons for free diagnosis of the check engine light that was on, but they still wanted the money for nothing. The vehicle after I drove it home from the shop would not restart when I got home. They obviously never test drove it, but charged $90.00 for nothing. Stay away from this location.
