    This is the kind of shop you want to find. Small, family owned, where you can get to know the mechanic and he'll invite you into the garage and thoroughly explain the work.
    Charlie is that kind of guy. He'll inform you on your cars condition but won't try to sell you a service you don't really need. Being that he used to work for a Chrysler dealership I feel confident when I bring my Jeep in for repairs. I have also found his pricing to be fair and usually below that of the larger chain garages.
