Question: Steering wheel won't turn...key won't go in ignition

Having trouble putting my key in the ignition and the steering wheel won't turn. This is a first for me and need help! My manual states to move the wheel back and forth to release everything, but nothing is working...key still won't enter the ignition to start the car....HELP

    If you cannot get the key into the ignition switch, and the key is not damaged, then the switch is bad. You will need to have the vehicle towed to a shop to have this repaired. If you order the part from the dealer they can get it to match your existing key.
