cant drive @ any speed since the wheels shake

You did not mention whether the shaking was rhythmic and repetitive or not. If it is, then you most certainly have a faulty tire or a bent wheel, on at least one front position. You could also have an axle issue, if one of your CV joints is worn or damaged. If the shaking is not rhythmic, then you could have issues with the steering and/or suspension with loose components.

You could also have tires that are out of alignment.
