Question: steering wheel shakes and moves from 12 to 1 oclock if hand is at 12 oclock

    i would have your front end checked out, could be a couple of things such as tie rods, link pins, or just unbalanced tires

    If it's a wobble that starts at under 20 MPH one of the tires is probably bad. If you're doing this yourself , easiest way to rule them out is to rotate tires to rear and see what changes and go from there.(assumung the tires on rear now are better tires)
