where do i add steering wheel fluid. i can't seem to find the tank.

   Master

  The power steering pump with it's fluid reservoir on your 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue is located on the firewall side, front of the engine , down low. It may be kind of hard to check the fluid level and fill but it is down there and it can be done.

  the steering in noisy , the steering pumpm,reservoir need oil how can this be fixed

• wipers and washer fluid wont stop running
  the wiper control switch arm behind the steering wheel had the push button come off and I stuck it back in and now the wipers are stuck on hi and the fluid wont stop running

• making a whinnin noise when motor running
  the problem is that motor whines when running just bought car at an auction
