Question: steering gear box leaking fluid

cost of replacing gear box seal, cost to replace other parts that may be causing problem thank you

  I see AC Delco has the seal kit for $49 and the labor is 2.5 to 3.9 hours depending on power steering, four wheel drive etc. Might as well put in a rebuilt steering gear as the extra labor to rebuild yours will pay for a rebuilt unit.

• Leaking power steering fluid
  It apprears as though the power steering fluid is leaking from the gear box. What causes the leakage and from what part of the gear box? Its difficult to see exactly where its coming from.
