steering on 1998 Lincoln Continental

When turning left or right there is a squeaking noise comming from the(I think) the steering column. It's fine once the turn is made.

I just had to replace the tie-rods. This is what was causing the noise when turning. They have to replace them both because they have to aline it when their done. Cost was $ 250 at Sears.
