2006 Honda Ridgeline Question: steering

 Rookie

hi i have 06 Honda ridgeline and i changed steering rack and my driving wheel is not in center and now VSA and triangle are lightning i watered scanner and it showed me 114-1 steering angle sensor failure
should i fix just alignment?
what is wrong?
how should i fix it?

    Alignment shop needs to set toe end! (Tie rods) Look at the front wheels, if off by much and the shop is a good ways away, you could damage the tires by driving it!! This should not be a problem for a up to date alignment shop! Most of them are.

    needs to be aligned and then an equipped shop(maybe dealer best bet?) needs to reset the steering angle sensor and 'yaw' sensor neutralization. without doing these procedures your VSA will not operate. Also , if steering wheel was not centered , along with rack , prior to assembly , there is a chance of possible damage to the clockspring (SRS light & horn)
