starting problems on 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser

I can start and drive my car, but when i cut off the car and go back to it in a short time it turns over abd acts like a old car that is flooded. let it sit for 15 20 min and it will crank just fine

I'm assuming you mean that the engine will crank with the starter normally, but won't start. If so, I'd suspect the fuel pump first. Have someone check the fuel pressure while it's not able to start.
