You need to fix the theft system, if that is what causing the no start.

Alright im no expert im just 15 but ive been reading about it and my cadillac seville did the same thing i think if you disconnect the negative cable on your battery and turn your headlights on for 5 minutes it will drain the remaining computer power in the car which will basically reset the computer system after you did that turn thee headlights off and reconnect the battery cable and then check if the car starts.......

Starter disabled due to theft system, wait 3 min, 2 min, 1 min, start car. But it won't start and the computer repeats the message. What is causing this and what is the cheapest/fastest solution?
