Starting on 1993 Chrysler Concorde

Hard starting after being turned off for short time. Has to cool off before starting again. I replaced the cam and crank sensor.

i suspect the fuel pump. There's an electric pump in the tank which you should hear running for a second or so when you turn the key ot RUN (not START). You could remove the gascap and listen at the gas filler when you have a helper turn the key to RUN. If you hear no electric pump running when it won't start, you probably have a failing pump which has to sit and cool off before running again.
