In order to attemt to anser your question we will need more information.Does it crank at a normal speed or slowly?Does it crank for an extended time?The more you can give us the better we can help you.

Yes Normal speed. Yes to extended time cranking. If I turn key and crank about 4-5 times and then turn off again after which I wait about 30 seconds and try again, it will start pretty quick.. It almost seems like it's not getting the spark to fire when it's cold. I installed a new regulator for fuel and checked pump for power it was good. Injectors about a year old.

WE HAD SAME PROBLEM. pROBLEM WAS A SHORTED WIRE IN WIRE HARNESS FROM TEMPERATURE SENSOR TO COMPUTER. COMPUTER THOUGHT ENGINE WAS CONSISTANTLY AT 95 DEGREES, WHICH IS THE BASE INFO THAT IT USES TO DETERMIN THE AMOUN T OF FUEL TO GIVE.
