My explorer turns over but won't fire off, it has gas and the plugs and wires all look good.

Take off the air cleaner off and squirt Starter fluid into it and then see if the engine starts, if it does for just a few seconds then you'll know it's a fuel delivery issue. If the starter fluid still doesn't budge it then you need to unplug one spark plug wire the end that actually goes on the plug and position it next to a bare metal bolt or part and have someone else turn it over and make sure there is a spark,I'd recommend to use pliers to hold the wire up to something as it can give you a jolt, if no spark then it's likely a coil or another ignition component.
