Have you a problem starting your car? If so does your car have an after market alarm system or anti-theft device fitted? If your car is manual transmission the clutch safety switch prevents the starter from functioning until the clutch pedal is fully depressed. Automatic transmission equipped cars use a neutral safety switch to prvent a car from starting unless in Park or Neutral.

my 530i was working perfectly for two months and one day after work, all lights were working for the car, but the car would not turn over at all whatsoever and would not even making a clicking sound trying to turn over. It has been in shop for week and they thought it was the starter module. but it still isn't turning over. Any ideas what it could be?
