    Bought my car at Star. At first oil change (5000 miles) they forgot to put the nuts back on one of the tires. Made it 2 blocks before the tire fell off. They brought the car back in but needed body work and a lot of repairs. I had to do all the leg work, contact them about repair. They fixed the car after 2 weeks, paid for a 2 day rental. No additional compensation. Never again.
